保安分队管理怎么处理好摩擦问题?

一、目标求“和”。分队长在处理 矛盾过程中,面对着不同背景、不同经历、不同性格的保安员,应尽最大努力去求同存异、化解矛盾。找出队员身上 的相同点和闪光点,本着“求和谐、促发展”的目标,与人为善,以理服人,这是矛盾处理的首要原则和出发点。
First, aim for "harmony". In the process of dealing with contradictions, the team leader should try his best to seek common ground while reserving differences and resolving contradictions in the face of security guards with different backgrounds, experiences and personalities. Finding out the similarities and shining points on the team members, in line with the goal of "seeking harmony and promoting development", being kind to others and persuading others by reason, is the primary principle and starting point of contradiction handling.
二、立场求“公”。分队内部大多是人与人之间的矛盾,作为分队长,在 处理矛盾过程中,一定要坚持开诚布公和公道正派的原则,不偏袒、不护短, 不凭道听途说行事。

三、态度求“诚”。在处理矛盾的过程中,要始终坚持用真诚的态度去化 解问题,学会换位思考,体谅矛盾双方的难处。讲究以诚待人、春风化雨,让矛盾双方听了之后都能够有所思考、 有所启发,拉近和队员的关系,使他们真正做到心悦诚服,使矛盾迎刃而解。

五、问题求“准”。要善于及时发现和抓住存在问题的主要矛盾,选好突破口,找出矛盾双方之间存在的关键点, 找准导致矛盾存在的主要方面,把握问题和矛盾的突质。

六、方法求“活”。一般问题应做到及时化解;特殊问题要调查研究,伺机解决。大问题化解为小问题,步步简 化,找出更好的解决办法,这样才能使矛盾化小,问题变少,达到大事化小、小事化无的原则。
