第一、保安人员在执勤期间不能出现殴打他人、羞辱他人以及公然搜查其他人的身体，更不能限制他人的人身自由。

第二、在针对每个岗位的保安人员培训过程当中，会教会大家识别真假证件，但是保安人员没有权利没收他人证件，更加不能扣押别人的财物。

第三、对于公安机关在其领域执行任务的时候，保安人员应该积极配合，有效协助，不能出现阻碍公安机关单位依法办事。

第六、保安人员所得到的国家秘密、商业秘密以及私人秘密都必须保密，不能泄露客户信息，更不能侵犯他人隐私权。

第七、如果有人拾得钱包之类交由保安保管，必须积极寻找失主，并且原数归还，不能存在私吞财务或是占据他人财产的行为。

第八、保安人员在上班期间，不能迟到早退，更不能在执勤的时候看书、看报、看小说、抽烟、聊天等。

第九、当值期间，保安人员的仪容仪表必须符合规定的要求，不能存在不整洁、服装破烂等现象。
